Presentation
You will have 5 minutes to present your case study. You should cover the following:
- a clear description of what your organization is about
- a clear description of the internal communication (from a community relations point-of-view)
- a clear description of the external communication (from a community relations point-of-view)
- a clear assessment of how Burke’s principles are articulated
- a clear assessment of how Bank’s principles are articulated
There will be 2 minutes allowed for questions. Every student is expected to ask two questions during the entire Q and A time segment. I will be just checking off your questions as they occur.
All the student written critiques will be given to the student. Your case study with appendices is due on Thursday, December 20th at noon. You will not receive your case study or appendices back. So please make a copy for yourself.
Presentation skills:
You must use a visual (overhead, blackboard, item, etc.)
You must be interactive during your presentation (ask the audience a question or in some way interact with an audience member).
You must be very organized (no down time)
You must handle the audience’s questions in a very professional manner.
Select your wording carefully so the audience understands what you are saying. Might want to test out your presentation on friends, roommate to determine if you are c l e a r !!!
You can switch order among slots (except for the graduate student) but there will be no opportunity outside of these times to present your case.
